“Give, and it will be given to you…”
There are a lot of ways to worship God, one of them is through giving. And there are a lot of ways to give. One can give their time, money, or even attention to brother and sister in Christ, and many more. We will not limit on how you should worship God, because we believe that every single of us has their own unique ways to worship God through giving.

I am not sure, but I want to give too!
Don’t worry, not everyone knows what they want immediately, take your time to pray. Having said that, we are more than happy to listen to your thoughts too!
Why do we give?
1. It is Our Act of Worship to God
Offering our bodies as living sacrifice includes giving financially, it is our spiritual act of worship
“Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship.”
Romans 12:1 (NIV)
2. How We Give Decides How We Are Going to Receive
When we give to, a same measure will be applied when God return it to us. If we give generously, God will pour into our lap generously, if we give just a little portion, then God will pour into our lap a little portion too.
“Give, and it will be given to you A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
Luke 6:38 (NIV)
Remember, the measure is not how much (nominal value), but how generous we give. Jesus sees the poor widow, giving two very small copper coins worth a fraction of a penny as being bigger than the rich ones.
“…Many rich people threw in large amounts. But a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins, worth only a fraction of a penny. Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, “I tell you the truth, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything—all she had to live on.”
Mark 12:41-44 (NIV)
3. Give Generously, Give Cheerfully
When giving financially to the Lord, be cheerful because you have worship the Lord through giving and that he loves you for doing that. Don’t look at how much other people give and try to match up how much they give, but make your own decision on how much you want to give as every body’s circumstances and faith is different.
“Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
2 Corinthians 9:7 (NIV)
4. Give Not to Show It Off
Do not boast about how much you give. By doing such, you have received your reward and our Father in Heaven will not reward your gift.
“Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your father in heaven.”
Matthew 6:1 (NIV)
May the Lord bless you abundantly for giving. Thank you for giving generously.
